Helping women reconnect with themselves, in a sacred space for becoming all God designed them to be.
sa·cred space noun
A place—physical or emotional—set apart and treated with reverence, where one feels safe, seen, and connected to something greater than themselves.

Not at all! There was a time when I looked like I had it all together on the outside but was falling apart on the inside. Burnout, anxiety, and people-pleasing were running my life. I hit a breaking point — a deep low — and knew something had to change.
That’s when I hired my first coach. At the time, I was wrestling with codependency, identity loss, and emotional exhaustion. That decision was a turning point. Coaching became a space where I found deep healing, personal growth, more truth-telling, and real freedom. And through it all — by God’s grace — I began to discover who I really am and how to live from peace instead of survival mode.
-
I coach both men and women, but my heart beats especially for young adults navigating big life transitions, fire wives carrying the unique challenges of life in the fire world, and mothers longing for more meaningful relationships with their children.

I’d call it warm, honest, and anchored in truth. I’m a Life Mentoring School Certified Christian Life Coach and am completing additional certification in Codependency Recovery. My approach is shaped by a simple conviction: transformation is always possible. I believe people heal and live impactful lives when they encounter radical grace and learn to live from their true identity in the presence of God.

You are welcome here. While my faith shapes who I am and the way I coach, I work with people from all walks of life. My role is not to shape your beliefs, but to create a safe, respectful space for you to know your own. If you’re open to exploring deeper meaning, purpose, and values, we can do that together—at a pace and in a way that honors where you are.

That you don’t have to stay there. Freedom, peace, and clarity are possible. I’ve been there — and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.

I live in North County San Diego with my husband of 17 years, Nick, who works as a firefighter, and our four children. I have the privilege of homeschooling my kids, and when I’m not doing that or coaching, you’ll often find me enjoying the beach, trying to catch up on my book club book for the month, spending time in my garden, knitting or crocheting during the winter or sewing in the summer, usually while chatting with friends on Marco Polo.
